This cookery course will give you the confidence to effortlessly impress your friends without spending the evening in the kitchen. Together, we'll prepare three courses — some of which you will eat here for lunch. You will also have food for two people to take home, which will be good until the next evening.
We'll help you with timings too, so that you feel confident and excited to replicate what you have learnt to wow your friends.

Goats cheese & roasted red onion tart with rocket and walnuts
Mackerel parfait with horseradish & lemon with homemade walnut bread
Slow cooked Belly pork with crispy crackling or Duck with juniper
Dauphinoise potatoes with thyme and garlic
Red cabbage with pancetta , fennel & apple
Sticky toffee pudding with salted caramel sauce
