Learn to cook food that's bursting with flavours like sumac, preserved lemon, saffron, and lots of wonderful herbs. And while it's flavoursome, it's surprisingly easy to make at home.

We'll usually make around 5-6 different dishes that we'll sit down and enjoy together, and there's enough to take home food for around two people.
